*7 Days to Die is an early access survival horror video game set in an open world developed by The Fun Pimps. It was released through Early Access on Steam for Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X on December 13, 2013, and for Linux on November 22, 2014. Versions for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One were released in 2016 through Telltale Publishing, but are no longer being developed.
*Your first problem is Apple does not make gaming computers nor does their OS support most game structures (most Mac games are ported). Your secound problem is most laptops (and netbooks) are not gaming computers. You would need to buy a 3500 dollar windows based laptop to get the performance of a 1000 dollar mid-grade Win-7 64bit desktop computer.
*Just a little warning if you were thinking of picking up ’7 Days to Die’, they just release Alpha 12 which has completely broken Mac & Linux builds. I haven’t been their biggest fan (and it’s well detailed in articles here on GOL), but they did eventually release the Linux build and people have been enjoying it.

Story
In the year 2034 nuclear attacks have decimated the Earth and the remaining population is infected by an unknown virus. The infected die within 7 days and soon reanimate becoming blood-thirsty zombies. No one believed it; nobody expected it and nothing can stop it! You are a survivor in Navizgane County Arizona, a rare Eden in a world of devastation. Ironically, the Apache word “Navezgane” means Killer of Monsters, and kill you will as you fight, scrap, craft, salvage and fortify your way to survive looking for the truth behind what really happened.
